Petzl Actik Core Headlamp – Rechargeable, Two Beam Patterns, Battery Hybrid Technology

The Petzl Actik Core headlamp utilizes white and red LEDs to maximize operational use. White light provides general illumination and is projected as a spot or flood beam. Light output of 450, 100, and 6 lumens supports seeing object far and near without excessive light saturation. Standard operation mode is 100 lumens. Red LED light preserves night vision and is universally recognized for caution and emergency signaling. Actik Core’s white LED throw distance is 90 meters (295 feet). The headlamp is ideal for professional and recreational use including operation as a bicycle headlight or taillight. The Actik Core primary power source is its rechargeable Li-ion battery (USB cable included). Three AAA alkaline or NiMH batteries can be substituted. Handsfree use is augmented with an adjustable reflective head strap.
