EcoCentricNow LLC Shipping and Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be read alongside our main Terms. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order you place with us. All orders are warehouse shipped and not available for customer curbside pickup.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped which includes the shipper tracking number. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or delivery service problems resulting from weather, holiday season volume, labor disputes, etc. are outside of our control.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options including direct shipping and third-party shipping. USPS, UPS, and FedEx provide shipping services. The service provider is selected based on merchandise weight, dimension, transit time, and cost. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. In some cases, free shipping on domestic deliveries may be offered, at our sole discretion, on select merchandise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. Select merchandise is available for international shipping originating in the United States. Free shipping is not valid on international orders. We may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and the buyer may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, the buyer is responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where they live and is responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will communicate with you via email at the email address provided during merchandise purchase. Email communication will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS. Merchandise returns for products shipped directly from EcoCentricNow LLC are addressed in our return policy. Merchandise purchased through retailers is subject to the return policy established by the merchant.
