Satisfaction Guarantee, Damaged Merchandise and Warranty

On rare occasions something just doesn’t go right. When it happens EcoCentricNow LLC is here to address the situation with you and make sure you are a “happy” customer!

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and get a full refund. Merchandise exchange for a different product is allowed. A purchase credit minus shipping and sales tax (where applicable) is deducted from the refunded or credited amount. Product returns are accepted up to 30 days from purchase date. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

The purchaser has five business days from date of delivery to provide notification of damage. Contact EcoCentricNow LLC via email or telephone to update us about merchandise conditions. Images of damage are especially useful. If damage is observed at the time of merchandise receipt notify delivery carrier in addition to contacting HaveLight.

  2. RECEIVE RETURN AUTHORIZATION
  3. SHIP IT BACK
  4. RECEIVE REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Warranty

Your purchase is protected against defects. The duration of a warranty varies from product to product and is presented on either merchandise packaging or accompanying paperwork. A copy of the purchase receipt supports warranty processing. Contact HaveLight.com with any warranty related question or to submit a claim.
